Default electric fans

just went to ebay. are the electric fans out of a v6 the same as a v8? i dont really nknow the differance. some one enlighten me please

well, again, not the expert here (i aint the expert to nothin)lol, i was asking BigKid what fans would fit and he said LT1 to LS1's no doubt. I had an old 91 z28 with electric fans and was thinking those would fit as well. to me they looked the same as the LS1's. You might have to make different trims and all but they would work i am sure. six bangers, hmmm, if they are dual fans then i would venture to say yes they would but i havent' heard of anyone running them.

it sucks when no one is there every step of the way. i guess we'll just have to learn from the mistakes.But as for this one i think i'll lay low untill i can find those dag blasted LS1 fans everybody has. the grass is always greener on the other side

hey thunder.radiater space is 28.1/2 side to side. 18 1/4 tall. my fans were off a 2001 ws6.the measure 26" across on the shroud. with tabs included they are 28". top to bottom is 18". my fans are 12" each.ask seller question and see if he will give you the measurements. if they are the same then they should work. its not that people arent willing to help it probably that no one or that the ones that do know havent read your thread.good luck and let me know if i can help.
