As far as mounting, I pulled the stock shroud off, and got some aluminum flat bar from Home Depot, cut a couple of short pieces (bout 4-6 in) drilled a hole in it, and bolted it to the holes on the upper support, then bent it just enough to firmly hold the fans in.

this is it installed, see how the shroud sticks out 2 inches.

here you can see the gap that was filled between the two shrouds.

here you can see how it fits, i also drilled a small hole in the top to attach the radiator hose to keep it from hangind down.

Got it! Makes more sense now, hehe. You went a little above what was required. Very nice. I hope you cleaned up the fans a little more before the final install. It would be tragic if you did all of that custom work and left it unfinished. j/k

yeah i hear ya, im not done yet i still need to fiberglass some more, and then paint. itll be clean lookin' when im done.

I didnt figure you would Post some pics when you get it done. It will probably look like a factory install when you are done. Kudos!

I believe that it would be safe to say that he was just test fitting his work.

just a test fit, and i havent got my wire harness from whit1 yet, and im not done making the should, and.... i am just kidding
