The rad should measure 34" between the tanks, if it's 27", it's not the right one. The 05 e-fans bolt in to the holes that the 27" rad uses, and the 34" rad bolts in to the holes outside of those.

Call Tom Thompson with AMP Performance for used LS1 fan assemblies @ 1-800-454-8387. He currently has around 20 assemblies at aprox 75 each plus around 20 for shipping.
