I think one of the sponsors said that about 20 pages back or so, but it fell on deaf ears for the most part...mine included.

Some header companies spec diff. I could have swore that my PS'rs were 1 3/4 ID..

Evidently so. Which is kinda f....ed up, since for a year myself and many others have thought (and told others) that these were 1-5/8"...

I just saw where hirdlej said somewhere in this thread that his measurement was 1.875" on the inside of his 1-7/8" headers, which would agree with what you said about different companies.

I was about to set my sights on the pacesetters just because everyone knows they are 1 3/4, then I recieved an email from a vendor of theirs that they are measured o.d. If thats the case, Ill buy the ebayers, other than that I might consider the 1 7/8 tsp f body headers.

It is strange. either that or they do not know how they are specking their own products, or how the lil china guys are doing it I know for a fact that my SW's are 1 3/4'' ID, with a 3'' ID collector. Also the PS'rs were def 3'' ID collector.. So if they advertise a 3 ID in collector, 1 3/4 prime why would the collector spec out right, the primes be OD measured
