Aside from a few relays burning out recently, my 05 efans and Nelson harness have been performing flawlessly (knock on wood). If done properly, efans are a nice mod...seems the biggest problems guys have are related to harness issues. Seems like the quality of the Nelson harness has gone downhill unfortunately, glad that I got mine before they started getting semi-mass produced, I suppose.

My 05 efans and Nelson harness also work perfectly other than replacing relays once in the past 3 years.

Not that I've heard. A Blackbear harness is the one I'll be going with unless I just make my own.

Ive never burnt a relay or had a single problem with my LS1 efans or 05 fans.

I built a harness off that diagram using 10ga Hi-temp wire for the main wires and 14ga wire for the signal wires.

I also didnt use the AC Clutch as a "switch" it cycling off and on will do a number to a relay. Let your PCM control the fans, and put 2 override switchs in the cab.

This schematic that Atomic has posted a number of times is the traditional two pin harness. Its what I run.
