If the G80 is the factory locker, then what is the factory posi, and is it any good? Or is the G80 the only one available?

It, the G80, is a clutch based "locker." It by definition should be called a posi as it works like a eaton posi but can be engaged or disengaged. Unlike a true locker which has no friction material, the G80 can quickly wear its clutch material out with high torque applications and loose functionality (Upon disassembly of mine the cluches were burnt and worn heavly for the 15K they had on them...which can be attributed to my nitrous use). Mine worked out OK but as I climbed in power the G80 could not match pace.
