Default Dumped exhaust

Ok, so I've always had duals with at least 3" tips. Redneck, yea I know I got it. I was just curious for those of you that were running your exhaust dumped behind the axle, does it drone more than usual. I know the drone depends a lot on what setup you have, but I'm curious. I like loud, but hate drone.

My set up plans are LTs, ORY, magnaflow or borla muffler with single exit. Thanks for you help!!

i've got turndowns just in front of the roll-pan and it drones a little bit @ 80, but i really don't notice it otherwise.

Dewey, what set up are you running?

cdub, see that's what I'm worried about. I take a lot of hunting trips and I usually run on the interstate around 2 grand and I don't want it to drive me nuts. I've had flowmasters before though and it wasn't terrible. lol Do you have pics of your set up?

The reason I'm asking is because I have narrowed it down to either getting it dumped, or the dual outlet on the pass side like firehawk's truck here.

Are you running headers? cats? Sweet, yea pics would be good. I'd take an exhaust vid too. Thanks bud. I'm just stuck between the two exits.

Do many people run a single dump, or usually two?

Before I got long tubes i had my flowmaster 50 series with turndowns before the rear axle. Sounded great and the only droan i had was in DOD mode lol. Now with headers the end of the exhaust dumps under the front passanger seat (open y pipe) hehe
