adding a magnaflow resonator in series with my muffler really reduced my drone

I have a dual in and out magnaflow 18" 2.5" and had it dumped at the axle and it drove me nuts!! friday I ran it out the sides angled out and down behind the rear tires, and it is a night and day diff. it is QUIET! oh and its catless.

I'd give you my Bullet thats on my truck and get your help to re arange my setup, but my trans started slipping the other day so i'm not making a trip to tulsa anytime soon.

Dynomax Bullet is what i used and dumped it at the axle behind my xr-1. Its only a tad louder than the flowmaster si/do that was on it when i got it.

I'm not worried about doing anything to my exhaust anytime soon. I'm happy with how it sounds now, this thread is an old one for me.

I should be able to get most of it myself and have my brother help tote it in and out from under the truck. I can lift it better then he can but he can drag it better than me.

i have lt's ory and a 18" magnaflow dumped before the bumper and doesnt have much drone at all, Weird
