Does Valve lift affect power band?

Here's about as "ABC" as I can make it. The 1200-6200 cam has a more aggressive cam lobes which increase cylinder pressure across the entire RPM band, and you'll feel that increase lower than the 1500-6200 cam because of that.

You'll need to make sure your springs are matched for the cam's lift otherwise you'll wear the springs out sooner than expected because of how aggressive the cam is. A cam that mean will smash open your valves and slam them shut so be sure to get a set of strong pushrods too.
