Hey guys. So my Corsa exhaust system is about 2-3 years old and is starting to rattle like crazy during idle. I have tightened everything and have found the problem to be a loose baffle in the muffler. I realize this is a lifetime warranty product but it appears my receipt grew legs and walked into oblivion.....Anyone have a copy of a receipt I could use for warranty purposes?? Yes, I realize I am resorting to desperate measures here...any help?

 

Tell them the problem and they will send you another one, many people have had to do that.

 

I called their customer support and they told me without a receipt I was out of luck.....I wasn't very happy with this answer. I figured as long as they received the defective muffler in return everything would be good.

 

Check and see if its rattling off a heat shield, mine was doing that after I installed headers on my TBSS. I would call them if you think its a warranty issue.

 

Checked the heat shield and on the outside and its good. It almost sounds like metal bouncing around inside the muffler.

 

Try asking for a guy named Jim Browning and pleading to him.

wow im 99.99999999999999999999999999999999999999999999% thats the a@@hole who F#$%^ed my father over on his boat exhaust system!
he sed oooo yea everything is fine legal warrenty jus put em on and go!
well come to find out the switchable solenoid is illegal in nh and it was a decibal over the legal limit! lukily we just had to take off the solenoid to be allowd out of the fines!

my dad spoke with him after all this and jim basicaly sed i dont know you! needless to say my father loves corsas sound but now i kant get him to get any corsa sytem on his new 09 silverado or his vett.......too bad good luck man they advertise lifetime warrenty and now they wont back there own word...
