Cam questions for 5.3L

i plan on running the stock cam out of a 99SS[ 198/209 .500/.500 119.5]
and a off road pipe[no cats]
i wanta see how much faster i can go with factory parts. we all heard everyones
opinions on different parts. but everyone doesnt get the same results as everyone
else. ppl have mods and run slow some dont have mods and run faster.\
the cam choice is up to you. but just take a look at everyones performance and
let their performances be the judge of you mods.
