Default Blown engine question in here

Not my truck
Another truck I will have the pleasure of working on.

5.3 4x4- the area around the oil filter - where it mounts to the block - completely blown out - filter gone - filter mount gone
Anyone ever see this ? Causes ?

Answer is .......
Hydrolock
Air filter was soaked
MAF was soaked
Intake had water in it.
Water will do it.

Rod came out the block and shot the block where the oil filter mounts
Nice big hole
New engine coming up
