What would you recommend?

On the plus side, this cam wouldn't require new springs.

I am very intrigued by this cam. It would be a quick, drop in replacement, not even requiring new springs. I'm not sure if the base circle is the same, so would have to check pushrod length.

My only concern is lift. This cam has less lift than my current cam. Is this a concern? Should I ask BTR for a custom grind with more lift?

03sierraslt, my cam is ground straight up with no advance built in.

With stock heads that little loss of lift won't hurt anything. For stock heads any lift between .550-.585

Couple less won't hurt anything. Any more is a waste.

I'm running hand ported 243 heads. However, I have no idea what they flow.
