Yeah, I decided to do the same thing in my camaro. Its cheaper to build an LS1 style motor than it is to build a similar SBC and then EFI it. And you end up with similar HP in the end anyways.

The only other issues that I can think of off the top of my head right now that you will run into is motor mounts and radiator issues. But if you search around in the conversion and hybrid section, you will find your answers relatively quickly.

Yeah I do quite a bit of searching in that forum. If I was building a car that place would have everything I need but this forum actually has been a better info spot for me.
