I can't help you with the install, but make sure you get some dyno numbers after you get it done. I want to see how much more hp/tq they give with a blower. Good luck, Kent.

You should have gotten bolts. They are pretty straight forward. Get a reciprcatig saw or (swazall) to cut 1/4" in front of the cats. Then remove the stock manifold. I had trouble breaking the bolts on the stock collector, so I just took it out as one peice. The last bolt on the driverside near the firewall is a pain in the ***, so be prepared for that. Other than that, the directions pretty much cover it. Don't be suprised if the don't exacly line up to the cats. I had to have my Y pipe adjusted a little, but since they had to weld the flanges on I wanted no stress on the headers, so I had it heated and bent to the right spot.

Cut the tab on the steering knuckle shaft off before you finsh or it might knick the ceramic off the header. Once you get the header in place you will know what I'm talking about.

That's strange, my passenger side was the easy one. I can't think of what it could be. Is it hitting on something? I did have to move a few things, but managed to squeeze it in.
