300-325 rwhp max Id say. You'll find that anything over that your IDC will be really high.

PETE...just ran across an article and thats kinda what iam finding unles I boost fuel PSI..
24 pound injector (BSFC of 0.57) and at 90% duty cycle can support 303 hp.
24 pound injector (BSFC of 0.57) and at 95% duty cycle can support 320 hp.
A 24 pound injector at 85psi will now flow the same as a 35 pound injector
A 35 pound injector can support 453 bhp at 95% duty cycle.

Thanks

Those numbers look about right except I would look to keep the IDC around 85-90% max. After that they start to flow inconsistent.

I dynoed at 323 rwhp with 8.1L injectors (31# I believe) and am reaching around 87% IDC with stock fuel pressure.

Yeah its not worth the risk. My friend has a pretty decent size cam in his 5.3 with bolt ons and he ran out of injector and didnt realize it. AFR was ok according to the wideband but ended up dropping an injector. A set of 42# injectors solved that problem.

the stock injectors dont support much power at all. With a nearly stock 6.0, I've had the IDC well over 100%. Should be in the neiborhood of 305-325 to the wheels.
