Hey Sleek sorry for the confusion! It was not my truck running the 14.89. That would be a freak.
My best time is a 15.40 before the 3.73 locking and without the 20s. The truck that did run the 14.89 is a 2001 GMC Sierra Ext Cab sportside. It was running consistent 15 flat and ran the 14.89 once. We will be in Edinburg again this Dec with a few more mods. It should be fun. Shark_g will be there and maybe a few of his friends.
The Sierra belongs to my cousin Rolando Martinez and it is the factory orange color with Whoop *** Racing on the front window.
The same day there was a 2002 ext cab with borla and replacement k&N and it also ran the exact time.
Hey just keep ya head up and keep on knocking down those times!!!!!

 

Oh, I see now. Those are some pretty quick trucks. Thanks! I am hoping for low 60 degree weather this Friday. I am crossing my figures and hoping I can cut a high 14.

well hopefully i can make it down to houston this weekend to go to HRP, but if not good luck to you all. i have one question, i drove sleeksilverados truck for the 15.13 pass, and he is catching **** for it. i saw this on the fastest truck list and i got confused?

Chevy (03..RC..5.3..2wd..3.73/ST) even though it is a reg cab, it has no bolt ons. i have not seen a reg run that fast stock. not callin his bs though, cause it could be a freak, and good weather. but just wonderin though??
