On a relatively stock 6.0 engine with a tune and exhaust - would bigger injectors make any noticeable difference?

well he has an FMIC, so he must be supercharged or turbo.
and yes #60 injectors will make a difference on the top end if you have the fuel pump, lines , and rails to feed them.
