It was a little scary at first but came out great in the end.
You can save a few $$$$ by doing this as the 6.0L motors are getting hard to find a good deal on anymore. Just depends on your skill level and how good your local machine shop is....

No.

LS1 block has 3.898" bore while 4.8/5.3 (LR4/LM7) block has 3.780" bore.
