Default 6.0L swap

I am swaping a 6.0L into my truck which has a 5.3 right now. I want to know if i need to keep my 5.3L intake, injectors, and wiring harness. Or can i use all the parts wiring from the 6.0L, which is out of a denail. Also do i need to use my PCM or the denails PCM ( computer).I have a 4L60e also. 4WD Thanx

Use the wiring harness off the 5.3 use the intake injectors from the denali cause you have a 99 right? Are you getting it custom tuned?

if you are getting it tuned and have access to the denali pcm you could use it. most here with 99's have upgraded to an 02 pcm and injectors. maybe one of them will chime in with more info.

It should run with your PCM, but very poorly. You'll probably be able to drive it to the place that's doing the tuning, but you're gonna want to do the 02 PCM upgrade for sure and use the Denali injectors. (Do a search on 99-02 PCM and you should find a wealth of info) Not sure if the Denali PCM will work...not sure if they're drive by wire and what trans they have

Use the Denali if you have a 99 PCM.
