Which Cam Would I Be Better Off Going With The
.566 Lift Or The.588 Lift With Stock Heads And Flat Top Pistons And A 3200 Yank Stall. I NEED TO HAVE DECENT GAS MILEAGE

Well - The lift doesn't play much part in the overall character of a cam.
What are the duration and LSA specs you are looking at?
I'm under the impression that the only cams that will not make gas mileage suffer to some degree, would be wider LSA, lower duration cams. Cams that most people would overlook.
Generally, the more overlap, the more inefficient the cam is at lower throttle ranges, and the 'thirstier' it'll be when the the cam is 'on'.

If you are concerned about gas milege, go with something like TR220 on a 114 lobe sep angle.
WE put this in my buddys denali along with APE heads.His mileage went up

For me basically I went down 1 city and 1 HWY with the motor swap from the 5.3 and towing went up 3MPG.
