Heads yes. If you change the stroke you will need to get the right rod and piston combonation. In short No you can not reuse the stock rods and pistons with a longer stroke crank.

Im in Wetumpka also and building a LQ4 to replace my LS1 in my Sonoma, I have the cam in the LS1 with 918 springs and Ti retainers, hardened pushrods if you are interested. The cam specs are 228 228 571 571 112+4 .
I am building the LQ4 with PRC 2.5 heads(5.3) and a MS3 cam.
