why do you want the biggest cam you can get?

i would worry more about the transmission than a cam if youre gonna run a 200 shot.

They would be ok, give you a good comp bump, like the squeeze.. Why you want to run the biggest cam you can find. Unless the heads are flowed, worked to handle the flow, lift the cam has, it is pointless....

you will learn quickly or learn the hard way that bigger isn't always better. the biggest you would want to go with that setup is in the 22x/22x range, and even then I would stick with the lower side. if you have stock 243's then you won't benefit from anything larger then a tr224 or tsp224, not to mention if your intake and headers are setup to compliment your heads and cam.

If you throw a donkey dick cam into a stock motor it will be as much of a pain to deal with as a mule, and you will just end up feeling like a jackass for doing it.

the heads are a great addition to a 6.0, and a mid sized cam would be another great addition to it. but setup your engine components to compliment eachother and you will get more power and drivability out of it.

if you want a donkey dick cam get your heads ported...alot, grab a fast 90/90 setup, long tube headers, and good valvetrain components. then get your tranny built of go get an flt level 5 4l60e, get a yank or another good converter that is around a 4000-4500stall. get a good locker or posi unit, and a set of gears. dont forget to upgrade your fuel system with a new pump, rails, and injectors. oh and get some cal tracks and some good adjustable shocks.

a 224-228 should work with that verter, you would want a 4k stall to do something in the 230's and up.
