Default 6.0 heads vs 5.3

guys, im a lil rusty on this after a few years, but which would be the better setup on a 04 ecsb 4x4 5.3 motor. I know the CR is low on the 6.0's stock so I take they would need to be milled right?

Also, I would mill the 5.3's also

but which would perform better on my setup. I already have all the lil bolt ons along with the 3000TT yank stall and 220/220 cam

would it be better just to get 6.0 heads and Mill them to get some 11.0 CR?

lemme know whatcha think

The 243 heads might be a better idea

I'm with this guy. If your wanting to stay with stock style heads, the 243's will flow the same as the 6.0's and you wont have to mill em as much to gain your compression back. You would have to mill the 6.0 heads a lot to be back at the stock compression of the 5.3's.
