already spent the 1000$ now my dad wants to buy me a set of heads, found a set of procomp on ebay for 500$ are they good?

They could be good or bad for your application. Post a link to the ones you like so we can give you an idea.

In my project. Truck I'm going to be running 230/236 112+1 but not running the stock converter. I have been told to run 4000+ stall and around 4.56 or better and that what I'm going to do...i agree with everyone saying start from the rearend first. Because when modding a truck the first things goes are the trannys and rearends.

I wish they would show flow information for the heads that he picked... Basically it looks like they just made the intake valve bigger. The flow for the 3017 heads is higher than the 243/799 heads. Are the heads used? that's the price for a new single head from Pro-comp, also on the site, it's showing that they're a 190cc head, not a 210cc.

they are brand new and fully assembled, check ebay if u want them they are 499.99, and it comes with both heads not just one, like i said type the part number in the search and u will see the heads
