sounds like a sticky lifter, ran my 6.0 for months on the 5.3 tune with no problems

Wrist pin mayb? Junkyard guy said it sounds like its coming from the head.

Wrist pins are not in the head. What he means is valve train. Look at the list I posted before.

Wrist pins would be a knock. Really, you're just shooting in the dark here. A competent mechanic needs to look at it and figure out what's going on. We can set here and guess all day long.
