I have LPP long tubes and I noticed a good bit in the mid range. When its at its slowest, when it first shifts into 2nd and 3rd. A good overall gain too.
I still need to get retuned for the headers. I hear that with them retuned it is a big difference.

Why would you even ask a question like this?

That's like asking if hitting yourself in the hand with a hammer will hurt. Not trying to be an *******, but of course you're going to gain power.

Biggest gains will be from tuning, but long tube headers will help also. I felt little to no gains from shorties, but had noticeable gains from my StainlessWorks long tubes and catted y-pipe, especially in the mid to upper RPM range.

Buy a quality set of headers and get it tuned. You will be impressed.
