Default 3 bar fuel pressure regulator

Does anyone know of a direct replacement 3bar pressure regulator for the 01 style return fuel rails?

I am pretty sure an adjustable FPR from a 97-98 Vette will work, if you can turn it down to 43.5psi.

Thanks hog, I'll look into that one. Lower fuel pressure will allow the pump to support more power.

I thought about that, would I have to drain the fuel out first or can I do it with the regulator on the truck?

So run this by me, lower regulated FP will reduce demand from pump, lower IFR so a larger injector will be needed, right? The same pump will be able to produce more consistent flow at the lower pressure?

won't lower pressure reduce the injectors ability to atomize the fuel?

Some injectors are designed with a spray pattern to run at 3 bar, I don't think atomization will be an issue.

Most pumps flow the most volume at lower pressures, less energy is used to build pressure against whatever the restriction is (in this case the FPR). Picture it like porting the heads on your truck and loosing boost but gaining power, you are moving more air with less pressure.
