Default 1.4 60' time?

i have a plan, 28" tall drag radials on stock wheels(all 4 corners). caltrac's in the back, suspension limiters in the front. nice smooth flat launch. a reverse progresive shot of some kind.

what do ya think? it would have to be 1.5's. could it be 1.4's?

I would be happy for a mid 1.7 ...

Do you plan on burning out with the drag radials at least on the back ?

not at first. this is a crazy idea but it would make cool vid. what if i hooked up a chain to my truck and ran it back to a real heavy truck like my buddies 4 door dmax and did a moderate 4 wheel peal? i am not sure but i think the track would let us do it at least once. then see what kind of 60' times i can pull. that would bring any weak links out i bet

That would be sick. I see a lot of parts breaking though.

I have pulled 1.7's before while spinning the tire on the rim. so i could see you getting some 1.6's-1.5's, but i dont know about 1.4's. what did you pull this year???? I think that you are going to have to screw the tires and you might actually need some real slicks to "truly hook". But no matter what I will sure make for some sick videos. Only you would go for the "4-Drag radial burnout".

my best 60' ever is a 1.63 but 1.70's were my consistant time. 1.5's almost sound easy. if i am ever going to bust a 9sec ET a 1.4 60' would sure help.

motor is suppose to be here next week. with some luck i will be driving it next weekend but things usualy take longer than i figure.
