It wasn't bolted up.
I assumed that since the battery was moved, there was no other wires that were hooked up there (on the same bolt as the battery ground). All it took was hooking it up.

how does that good gas smell? 
I think we can work out a deal on some heads. I have some l92's i want to play with. we could work out a small agreement. write it off as research 
i should have the intake tomorrow with injectors & all. you would just have to supply the gaskets!
i am really interested in the gains with this other set-up

BTW ... if I don't top a 12.92 my wife will prolly leave me after the result.
