The one that came on my tranny doesn't have a drain plug, which is going to be a PITA. Who makes a good one to replace it with? Should I go with a high capacity pan?

I believe the one I was looking at was a B&M. Try this link. Its the one at the bottom of the page. http://www.jegs.com/webapp/wcs/store...tegoryId=10539
Cablebandit has one waiting to go on his 4l80e. I had a B&M deep pan on my 4l60e and really liked it. It dropped the tranny temps about 20 degrees.

Unless you want the cast version for case support or off road protection,
the Derale will give you the additional cooling for a good bit less. $85 too!
