What manual transmission is in the Colorado?

Google cannot seem to find the answer for me. What 5 speed trans would be in an 04' Chevy Colorado? Im really hoping its not the NV3500.

Lol nice pic.

And inquiring minds would like to know what trans....Im curious how it will react to high RPM shifts.

I havent found out whats trans exactly, but I did find out its the same one as in a Solstice, although it seems some guys have had the high RPM 2<3 gear change issue.

Maybe the drill mod will fix that.

Aisin 3.753 1ST, 0.729 5TH 5 SPD M/TRANS(MA5) is all the catalog tells me.
