Default vibration

Okay i just discovered this problem today. I was driving to Baton rouge and i was going about 75mph and i decided to get on it and around the speed of 90-100 there was this really bad vibration that almost shook the entire truck. i tried it again and it did the same thing. anybody have any suggestions im thinking it may be the driveshaft or the transmission but idk what could of caused it. it drives fine around the city i can get on it and nothing happens.

That's because it is. If you do it again you risk alot of damage.

You need to get the shaft replaced or at least high speed balanced and you probably need some shims to correct the pinion angle.

what he said. the carnage a speed related driveshaft failure causes is often very extensive.

Drive shaft is a strong possibility especially if your angles are not correct.
