If my internet is working when I get home I'll post up some pics for you. I installed mine the other day.
Was running at 200-220 degrees. Monitored for a little today on my way to work and saw a max of 137.

Here's a pic of how I mounted it. Drilled 2 holes for the 2 top screws and removed the lower bracket and used hardware supplied and factory bolts for the lower.
Yours is NNBS so i'ts probably a bit different.
You'll see a spot on the passenger side to run the hoses. I ran mine through the radiator and then the cooler.
I consider it more efficient that way and it's easier to hook up because your only messing with 1 line. The bottom line on the radiator should be the one you'll want to unhook and use.

If you drill like i did. the aluminum is VERY easy to drill into, so don't apply any pressure. just let the bit do the work. You don't want to punch through and damage your condenser.

i have that same one.. i ghetto rigged mine hooking up the lines though. just havent fixed it because it does not leak. i painted it black and its mounted almost the exact same way as viscious kind. that lower bracket you removed, did it have a sensor on it?
