Man, I hope this one holds up for you this time around. How much power were you puting down? Nitrous? No 1st gear burnouts, or letting off in second. Let off in 3rd. If this one fails, and you give up on the trannies, I got 2 backups

It's 18 in/lbs that is sopposed to sandwich 3 zinc or galvanized steel plates together without gaskets in between. IIRC, the transgo plate seemed to have a rougher surface than the stock plate. I have heard from quite a few people that cross leaks can happen with the transgo.

I wasn't putting down that much power. I've never been able to turn it up without it slipping or blowing through the converter. Also, spec said 97in/lb for the valve body...correct me if I am wrong.

Aw gay. no more turbo, no more problem? 97...hmm or was it 118 or something like it? I do recall 97. I know that was for the accumulator and seed sensor and maybe the solenoids/force motor?

Whats all this talk of a three layer transgo separator plate? My kit is a few years old but I know I installed a one piece "hardened" separator plate from transgo as part of the kit and removed the reverse check ball per the instructions. 3rd was always pretty lazy compared to the other gears but it never slipped.
