whats the deep tranny pan all you guys are running?? brand and extra capacity

try ebay. that's where i got mine. think bluecajun5.3 has the exact same one. drain plug & all. ~$10.

yes, they're in florida.
comes out to $20 with shipping.

other than being deeper it doesnt reallly help cooling like an alum finned one would rite??

With low to mid 70s here in Louisiana (light humidity right now), trans temps are about 20 - 25 degrees lower than fluid temp. Fluid temp @ 70mph (sustained speed) was ~163degrees. Finned pans would (theoretically) act as a heat exchanger. Haven't proven this on my own, but that's the "belief".
