Should you be able to move the driveshaft by hand? Up and down or side to side, not actually rotate it?
There might be some real minor slop in the actual slip yoke were it goes into the rear of the trans but the Joints should be solid.

Minor enough to make a noise?
I'm getting ready to get under it and take a video. Hopefully it'll work for me, hah.

Hard to tell anything conclusive from the video.

Are all the joints solid???

Seeing its aluminum I would bet its 1 piece shaft, Correct???

Both joints are solid, front and rear.
Yes, you are correct it is a one piece aluminum drive shaft.
I wonder if the tail shaft is damaged.

I wish I could get a good video of the actual noise it makes when driving.

Well, I had spoken with the owner of the converter company. Cool guy, very helpful.

From the explanation I had given him. He said that it is going to be one of two things, either the converter or a misfire. I just changed my plugs and wires.
It has a slight hiccup at idle and the tuner at RPM picked up several misfires while we were doing a road tune. Its pretty much been like that since I bought it. And since it doesn't throw any codes, not one tech has even attempted to try to resolve this. All I hear is, if it doesn't throw a code, we cant see anything.

Now, how the hell do I figure out exactly where this misfire is coming from?

This was something I had brought up with the original shop, his answer was "its old".
Misdiagnosis and a ton of money down the drain.

I had e-mailed RPMs tuner to see if he could clarify which cylinders were misfiring. He had only mentioned cylinder 3 when I was there.
This was his response "All of them. The dod cylinders had higher counts then the rest though."

Should I start to worry now?
Thoughts opinions are more than welcome.

Driving home today the shudder was as it was before I had any work done to it. Very slight.

What kind of convertor do you have??? Stall ratio and size.

I didn't realise you had a DOD set up. Is it actually throwing any misfire codes??? Such as P0300

This is the converter. 2800/3000 9.5" billet lock up converter.
LS SERIES ENGINES, 4L60E, 4L65E - 2800-3000 STALL - FTI Performance

That's what's throwing me for a loop, no codes.

I should've stated that on the first page about having DOD.
I thought all 07+ Trucks/SUVs had DOD.

Do you know if any one adjusted the misfire Tables yet? I am not a seasoned tuner but I understand with a Stall like this, the sensitivity needs to be adjusted so it does't pick up false misfires.

Most likely a case learn would also help the computer learn the senor error with the new stall.

I would have to think a good tuner would be able to make some small adjustments and be able to identify if it's a mechanical issue or a tune related issue.

I wish I could be of more help but this is the type of problem that has to be examined first hand.
