Default torsion keys

on a 02 silverado z71 which ford keys do they need? the guy just got some f150 keys and he says it made his ride to hard. which ones do i need to suggust for him?

Those are them. They will stiffen the ride up a good bit, but you can loosen them a good bit, and not loose much lift. I didn't get but about 1/8 " from backing them off abouyt 3-4 turns, and at full torsion, but the ride was much better with them loosened a bit.

well i got the right keys the first time. he said that they backed the bolt out as far as they can and he said it still rides rough. i cant figure out what else to get him. i think hes just thinking things

They do ride stiffer than stock keys, but not as stiff as stock keys cranked all the way up. Maybe he got the bars off one notch? That happened to a bud of mine. Rode like **** and wore out one front tire really quick.

a guy on gmfullsize said it could be his shocks. not sure though. a local shop did his install so i figure they installed them right.

Oh yea, I forgot about that. Mine rode like total **** till I put some extenders on. Then it just rode like crap, but they were still too short.

so it needs like some 1'' longer shocks on it?
