Your 4l60 Just As Mine Is The Weak Link.... Putting The Shift Kit, And Servos Is All Well And Good But With That Much Mileage Stock It Could Let Go At Any Time.... Taking Out All Of The Tq Management Would Most Likely Make It Go Bye Bye...

Ask Vince Or Call Chuck At Flt.... They Can Tell You For Sure But Im Betting Taht Tranny Has Seen Better Days Already... Taking Out Tm May Be Its Death Warrant

i would not take out more than 50% if you are wanting it to last any amount of time

I hope so...

I had I think 30% TM removed... and when I installed the HD2 kit and the corvette servo's I let nelson know about it for a new tune (line pressure) he told me they removed all the TM

I've had 0% torque management since 80k miles. 108k on it now with no problems yet. I'm even running a 224/224 cam and shifting at 6400.

I do realize that I have been on borrowed time for god knows how long, but the tranny will be rebuilt soon.
