Default Front driveshaft question

Will a front drive shaft from a 1/2 ton work with the T-case from a 3/4 ton? Or are they a different spline? The T-case is out of a 2001 2500 HD, behind a 4l80E

Not a chance on that swap friend. You'll have a lot of **** to do to make that even feisable. Just out of curiosity, why do you want to do this anyway?

I have a 71' Suburban that I installed a LQ4, 4l80E and T-case in. I don't have a front drive shaft and found a great deal on one out of an 06' half ton. I didn't know if the front output varied at all on the NP246 depending on what truck it's in.
