Start with." Too low, Driving of vehicle in unsafe manner, Destruction of public property, etc etc etc". I drove a bagged truck and was never more than an inch off the ground. Sparks are fun, as is grenading road dots at tailgators(went through a lot of roll pans). I'm from Cali so I don't know the laws in Texas, but I enjoyed breaking the law just the same. At least air bags are DOT legal, whereas hydros aren't.

Yes, it is definitely illegal to lay rail on the highway. The fine would depend on your state, and possibly you could get an unsafe vehicle violation. Just don't do it around any cops

I don't know anybody who has gone draggin' in front of a cop and not been pulled over. It's illegal.

there's times where there are shows in my little home town and the cops will allow burnouts and dragging... just on a few specific streets.

thanx for all the responses. i had no idea it would be that serious. one more quickie, can you be taken to jail or have your vehicle towed for deliberately laying frame? i understand it might be different from state to state, but could it be a possibility?

In the state of Texas, you can be tossed in jail for just about anything but speeding.

I'm with Colby... dont even think about busting *** in your truck if you get pulled over.. I had a cop threaten me for doing that... he said I was going to get some other kind of dumbass ticket... (I farted REALLY loud while he was standing at my window)
