Default Those of you with Fuddle converters...

I know several of you guy have ordered Fuddle converters in the last month or so. Just wondering if any of you have put them in and what were your impressions? I am thinking of replaceing my TT3000 with one of their units since Dave at Yank just informed me that it is not made to handle the power I am putting thru it(which is probablly why it is broke). Depending on what John's reply to my email says, I may try them out insead of dropping $900 on a ProTruck3200. So guys, what do you think of your Fuddle truck converters?

I know my answer is not what your looking for as far as experience is concerned. I will be getting one soon. I am getting one cause he is willing to warranty it even if I lock it in second gear I seriously doubt anybody else would do that. The clutch mechanism in his tc is far superior to any of the other ones and is huge in comparison. Im going with a 3400 and Ill still ba able to tow FACTORY capacity there is NO converter on the market that can offer that and still be covered under warranty. My opinion he builds badass tc's if he is still willing to warranty it under all the conditions I would put it under. I would only pay shipping one way. He even said if I upgraded to a 408 with 550hp with a 250 shot on top of it that the convert would take it. That right there convinved me. Just my 02

I should be able to let you know Saturday. I dropped my truck off to have the tranny rebuilt and my Fuddle 2800 installed. The mechanic looked at it and he was impressed. It has about twice as much clutch area than a stock one. From what he could tell from the outside, it is a real nice unit. The only thing that concerned him was that he didn't see any external weights.

This will be my first time driving a stall so I don't know how much my opinion will be worth. I will also be having a shift kit, servos and a few other things installed. It should be ready Friday or Saturday.
