any ideas where I can find it. I was told I can not replace the bushing in it and need a whole new housing to fix my problem.

I have only seen some of the real late housings where a bushing could not be replaced. Was the bushing silver? If so then you will need to get a different housing. Sorry I do not have a PN for you. Have you tried to call the dealer?

the tranny came from an 03 HD. I get a vibration between 70-75 and it has been breraking my exhaust. The dealer told me he does not sale the bushing but the whole housing. I was just trying to see if gmpartsdirect had it cheaper before I give him $90

I have never ordered from gmpartsdirect... but I have heard you need Vasoline when they bend you over for shipping. I guess if it totals less than the $90~ +tax you'll pay locally then I guess its more or less a wash.

they charge 22% of the price in shipping, or 10.95 which ever is more. after shipping it is $65 so I would save $25

I would go to a local trans shop with the tail and ask them to install a bushing for you. The bushing is only a few bucks. Only problem is if the tail bushing is bad there are probably others that have issues as well.
