Default Steering column wobble and more..

Took my truck to the dealer today because i can feel something like feedback in the wheel when I am turning at speed in either direction. I had a similar issue on my '03 which was cured by lubing the column. This was supposedly corected in the '05's but I still feel like something is loose?

Anyway they didn't find any issues there but did find oil leaks on both valve covers and my forward drive shaft seal. Warrenty is covering all repairs but I'm out of a truck till Monday afternoon.

The leaks could be from the people who did all your work.

Valve covers possibly but not the front axle seal? Unless when I had the gear changes? Hmm.....

Just trying lubing it first takes about 12 minutes max if you have a grease gun and a flexible end.

There is also a bearing setup in there which can get loose as well.

Mine was cured with grease.
