Default Right side is 3/4" higher after shock install

I installed KYB Monomax shocks over the weekend. After the shock install, the right front was noticably higher so I measured it and it's now 3/4" higher than the drivers side. I've heard of "Chevy lean" but 2 weeks ago I installed McGaughy's 2/4 drop and both sides were even.

What did I screw up?

Still looking for a solution.

I know it's not the shocks doing this. It's very high on the right front, almost as if it's not lowered at all. I'm afraid that something in the rear suspension might also be part of the problem.

Any ideas?

did you jack it up? if so maybe your spring wasn't seated correctly in the pocket and it came out some when the suspension extended.

Maybe I need to post pictures to give you an idea of how high it is. I know that they're higher on that side but this is pretty extreme. None of you guys' 2/4 trucks look this bad, and the lean isn't even noticable in some of your trucks.

I have come to beleive that the reason that it leans is that your gas tank is on the driver side, thats where the lean is coming from.....

I still haven't had time to mess with anything but yes, I thought about that. Thanks for the suggestion, it'll be one of the first things I check.

I actually did some measuring on my truck, thinking that this was the problem. I measured the driver and pass side of the truck at 1/8 of a tank of fuel. Then went and filled it up and measured again. Results of 1/8 of a tank and a full tank were within 1/4 of an inch of each other.
