well i talked to another tranny shop and they are willing to look an see if the shift kit was installed (for free)they told me anything they can do to get rid of this guy.the thing that bothers me, is he was recommended by one of my buddies who runs a muffler shop and thats where he gets all his own work done for his race car.

 

I'd have someone check the alleged kit that was supposed to be installed. Even with the new separator plate installed without drilling the recommended holes, the spring tolerances are different from stock. You should notice a slightly firmer shift, even with Charlie's tunning work.
