Default Low speed steering wheel shake and pulling to the right

Hi, just joined today and bought my first ifs truck over the weekend. It's a 93 1500 extended 4x4. When driving the the steering wheel shimmies back and forth and pulls to the right. I thought it was the tire since it was looking low on pressure and was due to be replaced anyways so I went ahead and replaced it but still having the same issue. I haven't hacked it up yet and looked at the steering and suspension yet but now thinking it could be a tie rod. Could use some more insitght as to what it could be.

Too hard to guess at it to be sure.

You'll just have to shake down the front end for loose parts.

Planning to do that this weekend. But thought maybe if someone had the same thing going on they could give me a bit more info. I live in freezing ***** iowa and don't have a garage so don't want to spend all day working on this thing if i don't have to

It's colder up here, you'll be fine.
