Thanks AKlow.
that thing looks real nice.
Not for this truck though.
I'm planning on running this for another year and getting a 2010 next year.
Looking at one of those exhaust propellers for the next truck

1slow, you talking about my cam?

It is a custom grind that I got from another member here.
.560 ish lift. (XER lobes I think?)
It's lumpy, was tricky to tune the idle.
Pulls hard, good low end and gets real happy around 4000.
Been shifting at 6200, but will raise shift points with the new trans to see how it feels at 6500 or more. I'll try to get to the track again this summer.
Anyway, I like it.

Very cool pics. I know I would not want to build one of those. It's all foreign to me. Thanks for sharing.

My Yank TT3000 is about 10 years old now and still running strong. I have only towed maybe 5 times, but I have been down the 1/4 at least 50 times.

Same here. TT3000 80,000 miles installed at 500 miles and still going great. Towed more weight than I should but, can count on one hand how many times I have done it.

Good to see inside one.

Good pics...My yank PT3200 only lasted me about 5 months before the lockup disk started to slip pretty bad, Its setup in my tune to lock at 45mph in 4th and unlock at 40%TPS. Although everytime you let off the gas it unlocks. In the short 5 months, My truck saw, 3 dyno pulls in 2nd gear, some light duty towing (ski boat, lawn mower), and 10 passes at the track with dr's. Still trying to figure out where I went wrong, not very happy with its short life?
