Default 4l80e Tuning

oking to get some input on what I should be tuning out, and adjusting for my 4l80e swap. I have a 2007 CLASSIC GMC Sierra 2wd, that I swapped a 4l80e into. I know that I need the segment swap and after that I know I need to adjust my shift points. Other then that, what codes and ect do I need to turn off and adjust. I have a friend with HPtuners, and I will be using it. Im running a Yank 9.5" 3400 Stall if that helps. I guess I need to turn off the PWM for TCC. I may sound clueless, and that's because I am lol. Any help will be great. Thanks guys. I did some searching but still confused on what I need. Just want to get it running and safe before I start hammering on and messing with shift points. Also, with the segment swap you don't have email them for the segment now, you can get right away correct?
