Sweet!

I think its a worthwhile swap. I put all used stuff on mine and it's working perfectly.

This write up was unbelievably helpful, thanks so much.

I just finished this swap in about 4 hours after my trip to the JY. I got my hydroboost and ps pump from a member on here, the pedal from the JY, and since the dipshits junkyards all around this area cut all the lines when they pull motors, I got my pressure lines from Oreillys. I hear what you're saying about big shoulders swapping out that pedal, it was definitely a PITA. All else went very smoothly, with a little adjustment to the pressure lines.

Pump and Hydroboost- $100
Pedal- $20
Pump to Boost line- $22 part number 91984
Boost to Gearbox line- $24 part number 92082
Vacuum plug- had something in the shop made it work

The best sub $200 modification i have made to my truck to date. Stops on a dime. Only question, how do you get the "service brake booster" message to turn off? I know that harness had to be unplugged from the old booster but what do I do with it?

Like I said in the pm, I never got that message when I left it unplugged...
